Entry qualification Undergraduate diploma (or higher)

Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Bachelor´s Dergree in Economics/Business Administration or Diploma of Polytechnic-type higher educational institutions and a list of additional studies approved by the Study Domain Programme Committee.


The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Estonian.

Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.

All the academic documents (diploma, transcript) need to be certified by a public notary or issuing university. Documents can not be self-attested! If the document is not in English it also needs to be officially translated.

It is required that you send verified copies of the entry qualification documents directly to the university by postal mail. Important! Never send original documents by post!

A test via Skype is a part of the admissions procedure of this course.
To get enrolled to the master program of industrial engineering and management you have to do a test in Skype.

Course overview

This programme has been developed in cooperation with University-Consortium in Science and Technology named BALTECH and it is running simultaneously in Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The programme focuses on following topics: supply chain management, quality management, rapid product development, production planning and management, e-manufacturing and innovation. Key words of the present situation in the world are production globalization, international and local cooperation and dynamic market. For those reasons, concepts as design, development and management of integrated systems of people, knowledge, equipment and materials are included in the curriculum of the programme.
